How do I sign up?

Visit sign up page
to create your account. After completing the online sign up form, you will receive an email with your account information. You can sign in to your udefn account using your chosen credentials. After signing in, text join to 51406. You will receive activation code back. Click on Account settings link and enter your phone number along with the activation code and click Update settings button.

Forgot Password?

If you forgot your password, visit Forgot Password page and enter your email address. We will reset your password and email the details to sign in and change your password.

I got my activation code. What to do now?

If you already have an account with udefn, sign in and click on Settings link. Enter your phone number and activation code and click Update settings button.
If you do not have an account with udefn, visit udefn.com sign in page and enter the temporary username and password you received in the text message. On the next page, you can enter your desired username and password.

Points

udefn uses an internal point system to handle multiple currency conversions. All fees, charges are specified in points. During billing, points are converted to or from user's selected billing/deposit method and currency based on the conversion below. For more information, please see Plan & Pricing.
