Mobile user Program Policy

Participants in the udefn mobile user program (“Mobile User Program”) are required to adhere to the following policies. We ask that you read these policies carefully and refer to the Terms of Service often. If you fail to comply with these policies, we may disable your Mobile User Program account. While in many cases we prefer to work with mobile users to achieve policy compliance, we reserve the right to disable any account at any time. If your account is disabled, you will not be eligible for further participation in the Mobile User Program.

Please note that we may change our policies at any time, and pursuant to the Terms of Service, it is your responsibility to keep up to date with and adhere to the policies posted here.

Bot Content
udefn has an approval process in place to monitor bot functionality, but given the dynamic nature of the messages, udefn cannot guarantee the message contents. It is upto the mobile user to review the information about each bot (number of messages, type of bot, message content etc.) before adding bot to their profile.

Advertisement Content
udefn through its Advertiser Program, will contextually insert ads into messages sent to users. These ads are inserted in an automated process and udefn takes utmost steps to ensure mobile users privacy.

Violations of the program policies
Violations of our Program Policies can result in the removal of your mobile phone from the program, being blacklisted from future participation, termination of your udefn accounts and/or deletion of all your profiles.

These policies may be revised from time to time without notice.
