  This agreement will remain in full force and effect while you are a User of the Service.

• Message Content
  udefn has an approval process in place for bots and advertisements. Given the dynamic nature of bots and advertisements, Company cannot gaurantee the contents of the message. Under no circumstances can Company be held responsible for third party content (bots and advertisements).   Use of the Company's Service is at your own risk. The Company is not responsible for any conduct of, or incorrect or inaccurate content or other information communicated by, a user using the service. udefn assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmisison, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alternation of, user communications. Although everything possible is done to keep our servers running, no guarantee is made that every message will be delivered in a timely fashion. The Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of messages on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website. Under no circumstances will the Company be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Service by a User, or for any content communicated by or to a User of the Service. The Service is provided "as-is" and the Company expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Company cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Service.
• Cancellation
  Mobile users may cancel at anytime by texting stop to 51406 or you can use Cancel account page. However, they are still required to pay for any charges/fees incurred prior to the notice of cancellation. If you did not register your phone with udefn and are getting messages (maybe caused by number portability etc.), you can use this form to remove your phone from udefn.
